Gifts Service Payment, Delivery Time and Shipping
Payment Terms
All customers will be asked to pay deposit 50% of total order cost after order confimation. This deposit is required for start of production. The balance payment will be paid by customer before complete order delivery.
We can accept also payment terms:
½ deposit ½ after delivery by Paypal or bank account transfer or cash on delivery if such service in you location is available

Delivery time
Delivery time starts (if there is not other agreement) at the day of order, credit Gifts Service account with 50% deposit and artwork approval.
Standard Delivery Time: 19 days from layout confirmation and deposit payment

Shipping time means final product delivery from our office to customer.

Shipping Partners
We ship through DHL to any country
Items are normally shipped by DHL or any carrier you prefer. Due to we are one of the big clients and long-term working partner with above mentioned carriers, it's believed that a good discount will be added to the shipping price and a fast safe shipping is guaranteed. Moreover lots of time can be saved on preparing packing list and relevant documental paper for the cargo, because we will do it for you.
Shipping Liability
Please be clear that delivery time is including the time for approving a proof after order confirmation, production time and the shipping time. Every effort will be made to deliver on time after a best estimate, but no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay, lost or damaged in the delivery of the goods when using a third party billing. Yet you can directly contact us for any claims or unreasonalble charges occured. We will do whatever we can to assist you.
Shipping Charge
Usually, issurance will be considered to pay subjec to cargo value and special rush delivery can be arranged with additional charges which will be added to the price we quote for you. If you would like to have the shipping billed at your end, please kindly provide us with your account number and needed information. Therefore, the freight will not be added to the invoice if you specify a specific carrier.
Sample Shipping
Service for sample shipping is offered.However, a sample charge will have to be collected according to item value and shipping cost is not under our responsibility.
