Samples of Promotional Items
Are you considering custom production of promotional items with us and would like to see some of our previous work? We will gladly send you samples of promotional products. This will give you a better idea of the quality, materials, processing, packaging, and so on.
To speed up the distribution of samples and simplify the administration involved, we have prepared the option to order promotional item samples on our partner e-shop Eva’s shop. Ordering samples is as easy as standard online shopping. Since some samples cannot be sent free of charge due to the complexity and cost of custom production and limited showroom capacity, two types of samples are available. In both cases, you cover processing, packaging, and shipping – totaling €7.90.
We only send available samples from previous productions, which means it might only be a similar product to the one you are requesting. We always try to select the closest possible match in processing.
Do you need to produce a single piece of your custom product first "as a test"?
No problem. We can arrange that for you too. Prototyping is a demanding process, which is why it is charged at €200.00 per piece and design + the price of the mold, if a mold is required for production.

How to Order Samples of Promotional Items
Ordering samples is simple and works like any standard online order.
- Click the "ORDER SAMPLES" button above, and you will be redirected to our partner e-shop.
- Add the product to your shopping cart.
- Fill out required details such as delivery (billing) address.
- PLEASE WRITE THE REQUESTED SAMPLE OR MULTIPLE SAMPLES ALONG WITH THEIR MOST PRECISE SPECIFICATION IN THE ORDER COMMENTS BOX, LOCATED BELOW THE CARRIER SELECTION.
- Select payment option.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email and can wait for your samples 😊
Mechanically, aesthetically, or otherwise undamaged samples can be returned, and we will refund their price to you.
NOTICE: Shipping and handling fees for samples are non-refundable.
- Pack the sample carefully.
- DO NOT FORGET TO ENCLOSE THE INVOICE FOR THE SAMPLES ALONG WITH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER. Unidentifiable samples cannot be refunded.
