Samples of promotional items from our realizations

Do you want to check the quality of our custom production before you start working with us? We will be happy to send you samples of promotional items. This will give you a better idea of the quality, materials, workmanship, packaging and so on.

To speed up the distribution of samples and simplify the administration of sending samples, we have prepared the possibility of ordering samples of promotional items on our partner Eva's shopu e-shop. Ordering samples is as simple as ordering online. Since some samples cannot be sent free of charge due to the difficulty and cost of custom production and the limited capacity of the sample shop, two types of samples are available. In both cases you pay processing, packing and shipping - 199,- CZK.

We send only available samples from previous realizations, i.e. it can only be a similar product to the product you are requesting. We always try to choose the closest processing. 
If you have an idea of the specific design of the sample, it can be developed according to the exact requirement from the production. Such a design is charged at a fee of CZK 5.000,-.

1. Free samples of promotional items

The sample of the promotional item is FREE. You pay processing, packing and shipping. The FREE samples include:

• silicone bracelets with printing, embossing, embossing
• cleaning cloths from microfiber
• tattoos
• fridge magnets
• patches - loosely packed 
• 3D epoxy stickers
• paper fans
• paper car air fresheners
• badges
• key rings, 
• carabiners…

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and packaging of samples is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding. 

2. Samples of promotional items PACKAGED

Due to the complexity and cost of custom production and the limited capacity of the sample room, these samples are paid for. We charge CZK 300,- for the sample and you also pay for processing, packing and shipping. PAID samples include:

• custom-made or customized cufflinks, 
• money clips
• tie clips
• kaleidoscopes
• plush toys
• hourglasses 
• and similarly priced promotional items

How to order samples of promotional items

Ordering samples is as simple as ordering online.

2. add the product to your cart
   
   
3. fill in the necessary details such as the delivery (billing) address.
   
   
4. PLEASE WRITE THE DESIRED SAMPLE OR MULTIPLE SAMPLES AND ITS MOST PRECISE SPECIFICATION IN THE ORDER NOTE LOCATED UNDER THE CARRIER SELECTION. 
   
   
5. select payment
   
   
6. you will receive an order confirmation in your email and you are waiting for the samples 🙂

How to return paid samples of promotional items

Mechanically, aesthetically or otherwise undamaged samples can be returned and we will refund the price. 
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and packing of samples is non-refundable. 

1. Pack the sample carefully
   
   
2. BE SURE TO INCLUDE OUR INVOICE FOR THE SAMPLES AND YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER.
   Unidentified samples cannot be refunded.
