General Terms and Conditions for Custom Component and Promotional Item Manufacturing
We have summarized important information and general terms for custom manufacturing of components and promotional items, such as minimum order quantity, graphic artwork requirements, delivery times, payment terms, and other details that might interest you.
Minimum Order Quantity
- from just 100 pcs
In general, the minimum manufacturable quantity depends on the type of promotional item or component. The minimum order value is €200.
Graphic Artwork Requirements
- Standard promotional item manufacturing – PDF format in vector outlines, and if necessary, also in JPG / JPEG format with colors specified in Pantone codes.
- Custom manufacturing of a new, non-existent item – technical drawing or a similarly detailed product breakdown.
We accept graphic artwork for production electronically via email. Unless agreed otherwise, graphic services are not included in the price quotation. A pre-production proof of the final product is included in the price calculation.
PREPARATION OF GRAPHIC ARTWORK FOR PRODUCTION IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE QUOTATION.
As a standard, we do not provide graphic design services.
If you do not have the graphic artwork in the required format and are unable to provide it, you must always inform us in advance. We will see if we can assist you. Depending on complexity, potential graphic services range from €60 to €200 per design. We only provide these services after a binding custom production order has been placed.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery time: 19 days – Air FreightDelivery time: 49 - 69 days – Rail Freight
Delivery time: 69 – 89 days – Sea Freight
Unless agreed otherwise, the delivery time begins on the day when the following requirements are fulfilled by the customer:
- Submission of a binding order
- Delivery of graphic artwork in the required quality and format
- Crediting of a 50% deposit of the total order price to our account
- Approval of the pre-production sample/proof for manufacturing
We are not responsible for any changes in delivery times caused by third parties.
Graphic / Technical Specification Tolerances
For promotional items, unless expressly agreed and confirmed otherwise in the technical documentation, the following basic technical tolerances apply. Customers without technical documentation will be asked to approve the following tolerances for the specified product specifications across these parameters:

Shipping of Final Products to the Customer
Finished custom products are usually dispatched immediately after we receive them from production.
Shipping and handling fees. Prices include shipping, packaging materials, and handling.
- Shipments up to 10 kg – €8
- Shipments 10 – 20 kg – €16
- Shipments over 20 kg – €8 for every additional 10 kg
We use standard carriers on the market for shipping, such as PPL, DPD, GLS, etc.
Shipping from our company to the customer is not included in the custom manufacturing price.
To calculate the shipping cost, we rely on the valid price lists of our contractual carriers, which also includes packaging materials.

Prices and Quotes
- All prices listed on our website exclude VAT
- The price quotation does not include shipping from our facility to the customer
- The price quotation includes a flat "Production Setup" fee, which ranges from €40 to €160 depending on the complexity of the custom production, the quantity produced, etc.
- We do not provide prices and quotations over the phone
Production Setup = all necessary steps to launch production, e.g., preparing the pre-production proof and any modifications to it, consulting with the factory, etc.

Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise, a proforma invoice for 50% of the total order price is issued to customers after order confirmation. Payment of this deposit is required to start production. The remaining balance will be invoiced upon delivery of the complete order. We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and Bitcoin. By agreement, the remaining 50% of the order price can be paid cash on delivery (COD) along with the shipment.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of canceling a confirmed order, the buyer agrees to pay a cancellation fee equal to the costs incurred in connection with the preparation of the custom production.
Logos and Trademarks
The inquirer / customer declares that they own the rights to the production, logos, or brand of the inquired / ordered goods.

All logos and brands bearing registered trademarks displayed in the images on our website gifts-service.com are for reference or illustrative purposes only. Logos, brands, or other trademarks are the property of their respective owners, and our company is not authorized to sell or manufacture goods bearing such trademarks.
