1. INQUIRY

You can send your inquiry by email to sales@giftsservice.com or use our contact form. What to include in a proper price inquiry:
- what you are inquiring about (if it is a unique promotional item, you can attach an image of a similar item or graphic files if you already have them for reference)
- quantity
- delivery time
- material (paper, silicone, fabric, PVC, plush, metal...)
- type of branding (printing, debossing/embossing, embroidery, relief...)
- number of printing colors
- approximate dimensions of the promotional item
- contact details – inquiries without a telephone contact are usually given a lower processing priority

2. CALCULATION

We usually process inquiries within 24 – 48 hours and get back to you with a price quote.

3. ORDER

If you agree with the calculated price and are interested in the production of promotional items, please send us a binding order. Please send the order ideally by email to sales@giftsservice.com. After confirming the order, customers will be asked to pay an advance invoice amounting to 50% of the total price of the order. This deposit is necessary to start production.

4. GRAPHIC MATERIALS

Graphic materials or layout must be supplied before the actual start of production of the promotional item. These are necessary so that we can manufacture promotional items with or without print exactly according to your specifications. Please send graphic files in vector format, ideally as a vector PDF or in ai, eps, or cdr formats. What proper graphic files should contain so that your promotional items are manufactured accurately and correctly:
- graphic preview and defined die-cut/crop lines
- dimensions
- for printing:
logo – placement, dimensions (or send the logo separately in curves)
inscriptions – placement, dimensions, font type (ARIAL, Times New Roman,...)
– all colors defined by Pantone® code
- material

5. APPROVAL OF PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF

We will forward the graphic materials sent by you to production, which will evaluate them and send a pre-production proof for approval. If necessary, any ambiguities can be fine-tuned. Production is launched after the approval of the pre-production proof. The agreed delivery time begins from this moment.

6. CUSTOM PRODUCTION

The actual production of custom promotional items, including delivery to our office, takes approximately 19 days unless agreed otherwise.

7. DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

We usually dispatch completed custom production products immediately after receiving them from production. Shipping costs to your location are usually part of the calculation. Prices include shipping, packaging material, and handling.

No, we do not provide custom production prices over the phone. Custom production quotes require precise calculation. If you call us, we will gladly answer your questions. We send calculations based on inquiries received by email. Thank you for understanding.

The minimum manufacturable quantity very often depends on the type of product. In general, the rule applies: the fewer pieces, the higher the price.

We are able to produce selected products starting from 100 pieces.
For example: silicone wristbands, hand fans, microfiber cleaning cloths, textile keychains, 3D epoxy stickers, carabiners, and more.

Even a small custom production quantity requires the same time investment as large quantities. Therefore, we have set a minimum order value for custom production at 200,- EUR.

Yes, of course we do.

We will be happy to send you samples of promotional items. This will give you a closer idea of the quality, materials, processing, packaging, and so on. We only send available samples from previous productions, which means it may only be a similar product to the one you requested. We always try to choose the closest matching processing. Ordering samples is as very simple as making an online purchase.

Since some samples cannot be sent for free due to the complexity and high cost of custom production and the limited capacity of the showroom, two types of samples are available to you. In both cases, you pay for processing, packaging, and shipping.

PREPARATION OF GRAPHIC MATERIALS FOR PRODUCTION IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE QUOTE.

We do not provide graphic services as a standard option.

If you do not have the graphic materials in the required format and are unable to provide them, it is always necessary to inform us of this fact in advance. We will see if we can help you. Depending on the complexity, potential graphic services range between 60,- and 200,- EUR / graphic layout. We provide these services only after a binding custom production order has been placed.

Unless agreed otherwise, the deposit amount for custom production is 50% of the total order price. Payment of this deposit is required to start custom production. The invoice for the remaining 50% is issued upon completion of production and is sent along with the delivery of the complete order.

Yes, that is not a problem. It is possible. Prototyping is a demanding process, and therefore it is charged at 200,- EUR / pc / design + the price of the mold, if a mold is needed for the production of such a product. Molds are generally required for custom production from silicone, PVC, PP, PE, and similar materials.

The actual production is usually within 12 days. Another 7 days are required for air freight or volume aggregation for transport. For 95% of orders, the delivery time is 19 calendar days from production confirmation, approval of the pre-production proof, and payment of the deposit. Very often, the communication – approval – internal processes time is longer than the actual production time.

Generally, printing colors do not have to be defined in Pantone codes. Colors do not need to be defined if you have print data in a vector PDF. Defining colors in Pantone codes is only necessary if you want to adhere to corporate colors, for example, during custom printing.

Volume discounts on production and shipping play a significant role. 28 m3 is the usable volume of a small shipping container. This is also an economical volume for shipping – followed by its multiples (a large shipping container equals two small ones). Train transport is another option for optimizing transport costs.
